Hi, Since last week I have not been able to change the App Alert Tones on my Ring door bell and stick up camera. They are now giving the same alert tone, and not the tone I have selected. The iOS on my phone is up to date. I have tried reloading both devices. Any advice please?

Hi @NC46. What type of iPhone do you have? What iOS is installed? What version of the Ring app is installed? The specific number version can help us diagnose this issue. Can you select different tones or are they missing? Please share any screenshots that may help us better understand your concern.
