I had a motion on the doorbell which I clicked on by the notification however now the video isn’t showing in full only the first couple of seconds before freezing for the remainder. Any idea how to view the full video?

Hi @user80009. You can try viewing the recording on Ring.com after logging into your account to see if it makes a difference. If it is the same, I can only offer troubleshooting steps to prevent this from happening again. These are the steps I would recommend:
Reboot your Ring device using the Ring app.
Reboot your router by unplugging it from power for a few seconds and plugging it back in.
Verify your Ring device has good signal strength.
