Cannot understand why one would pay for an annual contract but only receive 60 days storage. Is this true? I totally misunderstood what i was signing up for and believe the service is misrepresented in the sales literature. If we could just save all video locally as they come in the problem would be solved. But I guess Ring couldn’t charge you for this service that you really don’t need. I think I’ll use my ARLO Doorbell and camera instead … same features except you are not getting forced into paying to only see what ring happened to record and only for 8 weeks. All stores on local drives and back to the beginning when you got the cameras!
