Annual automatic payment cancellation request

Hello. I am using 2 of your products in Korea. I have been using your plan for many years. However, the door bell is broken and has not been used for 3 months. There are no plans to use it for the foreseeable future. However, today I found out that the amount has been automatically paid for with the annual plan.

So I ask for the following

  1. So I want to cancel my annual plan
  2. I want a refund for the annual plan amount paid

Hi @user32607. You can manage your Ring Protect Plan on Just login and click on the Protect Plans tab. I hope this helps!
