Hi @user72700. The Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen) is a battery powered Doorbell that can be hardwired to receive a trickle charge. If everything appears to be working properly, this sounds like it could be a visual bug. Would you mind sharing a screenshot from the Ring app and the Ring.com dashboard showing the battery percentage?
