Has there been any new fix for getting notifications on Android consistently? I am tired of having to delete the Data and Cache every couple of days to get notifications to work again. And yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
I am running Android 10.
Hi @weeg. We have this Help Center article here for troubleshooting notifications for your Android device. In addition, I would also check to see if you have any apps that are conflicting with the Ring app. That list can be found here. I hope this helps.
