Hi, does anyone use a ring doorbell app on their android phone, I am not getting all notifications on my phone, sometimes all day, I have spoke to ring and each time thought it was solved but it can be a whole day and I don’t get any notifications

Hi @Tina1964. There is a great Help Center article that has information that is specific to notifications on Android devices. You can find those troubleshooting steps here. Be sure that you are not using a VPN and that your location services are turned ON. I hope this helps!
The phone app is crap. So is the browser site.
The phone app delivers NO (audible) Notifications, nor the reminders I’ve set.
Resume support of the desktop app!
Most of us: If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it (or delete it).
