Android app says hardwried, firefox says battery

My Ring Doorbell 2 is hardwired. My Android app says hardwired. Firefox browser says battery. Battery Level was 100%, now 38% after a few days. My faith is the Ring SW is declining. Words of advice. Thanks

Hi @user72700. I was able to find this Community post where other neighbors had a similar concern. There is a marked solution with steps to try and what to do if those steps do not help.
