Android app randomly assigns 5 digit number as sound, thus, no alert sound is played

Hi @ringone. Thanks for calling this out! Your Ring App should be displaying the correct notification sounds rather than what you’re currently experiencing. There was a similar post about the notification sounds missing on the Android version of the Ring App specifically here. You should be able to find a solution in that thread, but if not, you can reach our support team at one of the numbers available here.
