Altice One Rebooting Causing issues

Is anyone else having trouble with their doorbell and altice one? My doorbelll is constantly getting knocked off my WiFi, and I think it may be because of how often the altice one tested - very frustrating...

Hi there, @kgthepikey! Altice one sounds like it might be your internet service provider. If this is so, any connection or wifi concerns you are experiencing will be best brought to their attention. Reaching out to your ISP is a great way to confirm your wifi resources are adequate and that there is not a problem with the service. Feel free to also check out our [Community post about RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) for more information on signal strength. I hope this helps! :)

Altice One is a US cable service isn't it (was Optimum/Cable Vision). Are you using their supplied router etc or your own? Is the doorbell on the 2.4ghz or 5ghz WiFi band?
