I’ve had to change my wifi password for security purposes (go figure) - my hard wired spotlight camera is up the top of my garage and not that accessible - it was installed by an electrician who had the right equipment for it - there’s a button on top which puts it into instal mode but nothing else. I don’t have the boxes anymore because the electrician installed it, so i don’t have the user guide, or the pin no - what can I do? Right now my main security camera is offline.
