Can’t hear almost no sound coming from the door bell wired and I can’t hear the interlocutor and start a dialogue remotely. In this way is almost useless as can’t act as an intercom. Is there something I can do to fix this issue or should I just send the product back to Amazon and tell my client the ring products doesnt allways work as expected? Hi @ICTC. After completing the setup process of your Doorbell, you should be able to activate the Live View to use the two-way audio and speak with visitors at your door. Once activating the Live View, tap on the microphone and speaker icons to turn on the microphone and audio from the Doorbell respectively. You should also ensure the volume on your phone is turned up adequately so you can hear what visitors at your door are saying.
