I ordered a doorbell from Amazon. The product description included mounting bracket and listed this s as a feature. While installing the solar charger, I saw that none was included. No issue. Contacted customer support rep. Kevin seemed clueless and after stammering and trying to decide what to say, he said something about the packaging bring smaller and the mounting bracket was sold separately. If I had known this I would have bought a different brand. Caveat emptor.
The solar panels come with a mounting bracket. I’d call back and speak with someone else.
