All notifications using Windchimes

For the last few days, even with motion notification sound set to silent, I get a 'windchimes' notification. In fact, it doesn't matter what sound I set it to, I get windchimes!! Is this a new bug?iOS 5.35.0

    Hi @simknabpt. Try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App. After that, adjust the notification sound again and test it out.       I have the same problemI deleted the app and reinstalledI also deleted the device and reinstalledBoth no helpI believe the problem started when the app was updated a few days agoPhoned customer service s few times not much helpFYI phone customer service was much better a few years ago when I purchased my devices
