All of sudden, all of my 4 Ring cams are offline and cannot get back online. These are the worst security cams I ever had, and I would like to return them. Crap all over it. Every week something else with these crap cams.
Hi @user32765. Try following the steps here to reconnect your Ring Cameras to your wifi network. If you’re not able to get them reconnected, make sure your Ring Cameras are not too far from the router. We typically recommend a distance of about 25 feet or less for the best performance. You can also try fully resetting your Cameras by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to connect your Cameras to wifi. Once you get them set up, verify that the signal strength is strong.
