We can’t get Alexa to work sd doorbell
Everything else is working - video is working - phone notifications are working but we can’t get Alexa to chime when someone rings the doorbell
Can anyone help it’s so frustrating
Hi @user29365. Try disabling and reenabling the Ring Skill in the Alexa app to see if that helps. We also have this Help Center article here on how to get Doorbell Announcement Notifications through Alexa. I hope this helps.
