My Ring alarm is not longer sending alerts/notifications for open/closes, motion, etc. I’ve check all settings and nothing has changed. This has happened before, and nothing I did resolved it, I believe a system update solved it. Looks like it’s happening again. Any others?
Hi @Jcrisp. I would suggest uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App. This typically clears up notification concerns. If it doesn’t, you can try toggling the notifications off and back on from within the settings in the Ring App. Let me know if either of these suggestions do the trick for you!
