Hi @iceman01. What kind of phone are you using the Ring app on? Do you get notifications when someone rings the Doorbell? Are you able to use Live View? Does it record motion detection that you can go back and view even though you are not being notified? This extra information will help me recommend applicable troubleshooting steps for your concern.
