Hi there- I have the echo sound set up for my ring camera. It makes the sound four times every time something happens. Is there any way to make it just ring once? Thanks!
Hi there, @Marycyb! An Ring app alert tone’s duration cannot be changed, at this time. There are other tones that may be shorter or longer compared to others, and might be a better option. I recommend also checking out your Rich Notifications feature, which may notify you multiple times as described further in this Community post.
