For the last week I am receiving notification alerts and either nothing shows up or I am unable to open the notification. Sometimes I record the live view and I cannot open it. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Hi @1964! Have you tried removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device? This is a great way to ensure it is up to date and optimally integrated with your mobile device. I recommend also testing live events one wifi only, or cellular data only, to see if one connection is more efficient than the other, on your phone. Feel free to also try out the Rapid Ring app, which is designed for quick live view access. I hope this helps!
