Hello

I currently have a stick up camera. I notice the camera is on schedule timer to come on at 10pm.

The article said to click on motion settings. I do not see this option.

I am the owner of the device.

How do I disable the schedule timer?

Hi @Superck7 ! Things to check:

  • The email address on your account is indeed the email address you setup the device on
  • On the top bar of the app, does it say your location(shared) or just location?

It definitely does seem like this is happening due to it being shared with you instead of being the owner. Triple check that there is no other email it could be associated with. If not let us know and we can take a further look into this for you!
