Hello - my ring motion sensor in my kitchen triggered and my home alarm system went off. I woke up and thought someone may have broken in but I’ve checked everywhere downstairs and everything is locked. I’m just wondering why would the motion sensor in the kitchen pick up movement when nobody is in the house and I have no pets? Has this happened to anyone before? Thanks
Is there anything in Event History? Sometimes it can provide useful info.
Motion Sensors pick up spiders, especially if they are near to the sensor. Possible? I vacuum mine each time I run around with Henry the Hoover!
Maybe also try lowering the sensitivity to Medium.
