Just setting up my system and I have the base installed, keypad and sensors. However I do not see the alarm tile in the utilty bar to change alarm modes? ANy thoughts?
Hey @PoolGuy! Once the Alarm Base Station and other devices are setup, you should see your Alarm modes are readily accessible from the Ring app dashboard, or main page.
If this is not the case, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. Keep in mind, after completing a setup the system will perform an update of your configuration options and more. I recommend also checking each alarm device in the app to ensure all are configured for placement. I hope this helps!
