Hi, maybe a newbie question but I’ve connected the bullet connector solar panel to my outdoor alarm siren but I’ve no indication of it actually charging the rechargeable battery pack, any help would be greatly appreciated guys!
Hi @Martinwc. You should be able to see the power status in the Device Health menu. Also, be sure that you are getting at least 4 hours of direct sunlight per day to get an adequate charge. I hope this helps!
Hi, I see nothing… click on devices,click on base station,click on siren and battery pack is a red outline with a red line through it!
Hi @Martinwc. Take the battery out and ensure that it is fully charged. Once it has a full charge, put it back in and make sure that it is properly inserted.
