Ring camera not sending me any notifications when the camera is activated like it used to

    Hi @user43372. If you are no longer recieiving notifcations from your Camera, try the following steps: - Verify your Ring app and smart phone are up-to-date with the latest updates. - Verify that your Motion Alerts for your Camera are enabled. You will find this option on your Cameras settings page. - Reboot your phone. - Disable any active VPNs - Try turning off Bluetooth on your phone to see if that makes a difference. - Verify you do not have Do Not Disturb Mode enabled on your phone. - If you are using a Mode Schedule, switch the toggle to off for any active Mode Schedules that might be causing a conflict with receiving notifications. - Verify you have notification permissions enabled for the Ring app in your phone settings.
