Ring camera not sending me any notifications when the camera is activated like it used to
Hi @user43372. If you are no longer recieiving notifcations from your Camera, try the following steps:

Verify your Ring app and smart phone are up-to-date with the latest updates.

Verify that your Motion Alerts for your Camera are enabled. You will find this option on your Cameras settings page.

Reboot your phone.

Disable any active VPNs

Try turning off Bluetooth on your phone to see if that makes a difference.

Verify you do not have Do Not Disturb Mode enabled on your phone.

If you are using a Mode Schedule, switch the toggle to off for any active Mode Schedules that might be causing a conflict with receiving notifications.

Verify you have notification permissions enabled for the Ring app in your phone settings.
