Alarm mode schedules

I have created two schedules
One for away and one for disarm

Neither of them triggers and changes the mode.

Is there a solution for this?

Hi @user42451. Make sure you have an active Ring Protect subscription and follow the steps listed here. If you have any existing schedules in place already, delete them and start fresh with a new Mode Schedule instead.
