I would like to set different notification sounds for Alarm Alerts. How do I configure Ring to use a sound that is different from the default notification sound on my phone?
I want to be able to differentiate Ring notifications from text messages. Ideally, Ring would allow me to set up different notification sounds for (a) Urgent issues (loss of cellular, low temp, water detected), (b) maintenance issues (low battery, loss of network, battery), and routine issues (armed, disarmed, bypass).

That is very disappointing. I checked the “Feature Request” board and this has been identified by others as a needed feature. I am a new Ring user and am disappointed to see the lack of useful features. I hope Ring does not follow the trend of other Amazon products where software updates slow or stall completely.
