Again. Another request NOT to kill the desktop app

I too use the Desktop app almost exclusively. This is really going to hamper me and puts on hold my plans to upgrade my home and office security systems. I need a system that will constantly update their offerings not down grade.

Supposedly Ring announced they were going to abandon the stand-alone desktop app to focus on the web app so it’s nothing any of us say will be acted upon.
They also claimed the web app was going to feature equivalent to the desktop app which may happen. It’s too bad they didn’t have the web version ready to go so it could have been a seamless change and would have caused less angst.


Agreed. I’ll be cancelling my subscription unless Ring continues supporting the desktop app.
