After the update, I no longer get notifications on my Alexa anymore

Hey neighbors, have you been in contact with Alexa support about this, as these should be Alexa notifications that are not coming through? You can try to disable the Ring skill and then re-enable the skill as well to see if this helps! 
I think I have the same problem with my alexa unit. Nothing seems to work. Ive rebooted the ring doorbell. Then went into the alexa app to remove ring skill. Reworked everything and still no good. Every thing looks enabled.
Has anyone else figured this problem out?
