After a year an a half my Ring Doorbell Gen 2 stopped working

My ring doorbell gen 2 randomly disconnected and refuses to be able to reconnect. I get a steady blinking blue light that blinks consistently 13 times and then has a long pause before repeating it. I attempt to hold the orange button to hard reset it as well as trying to just reconnect it, but it refuses to stay in setup mode long enough before it returns to the blue blinking light.
