Advertised RING doorbell color not available on web site

I am new to the RING system. After my first purchase I received an email for a free face plate for my Ring pro doorbell button. One of the colors shown is gold, but when I went to redeem the offer, the gold color was not among the colors offered. Can I please get the gold color? Polished bronze would also work well for me too. It would match the front of my home very well.

looks like golden metal faceplate is only available for ring pro 2
