I recently installed the floodlight cam pro. When I adjust the brightness via app nothing happens. Has anyone else faced this issue?
Hi @Pssgbw. If you are adjusting the light brightness on your Floodlight Cam and the lights are staying the same, try rebooting your Camera using the Ring app to see if it helps. You can also try power cycling the Camera by shutting it off for a minute and powering it back on.
