Hi we have an existing ring doorbell and was wondering if there is an additional camera we can put in the back garden just to alert us when somebody is in the back garden we already have existing separate security cameras out the back so just need to be alerted when some one is in the garden

Hey @lorraine1871. You definitely can! If you need more light in the area, I recommend a Spotlight Cam Wired/Battery. If you do not need more light, you can get a Stick Up Cam 3rd Generation, in Battery, Plug-in, or Solar! :slight_smile:

Thank you so much that is a great help do you know if the rechargeable battery is the same as you put in the ring doorbell

@lorraine1871 If you have the Ring Video Doorbell 2 with the removable battery, then yes, it would be the same battery you would use the Stick Up Cam Battery and the Spotlight Cam Battery Ring devices. :slight_smile:
