Setup on my phone works fine. Added app to wife’s phone, and get alarms, but no video. Do I need to do camera setup on her phone also?
Hi there, @Popp! Once you’ve added a Shared User, they will have the ability to receive alerts and access videos both live and the recorded events. No need to perform any setup in the Ring app, as adding the Shared User will be sufficient enough.
As it sounds like only videos are not working on the Shared Users Ring app, please ensure there is not a vpn enabled. Removing and reinstalling the Ring app on the mobile device can also help. I recommend also testing the difference between live video and recorded videos to see if the concern is with live streaming resources specifically. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
