Trying to connect my Yale Doorman L3n to my ring alarm. But app doesn’t even try to search for the device I am trying to add.
Nothing happens, just a quick spinning wheel and then nothing.

If this is a Z-Wave Smart Lock, you’ll need to ensure that it is close to your Base Station for setup. I suggest plugging the Base Station in a few feet from the Smart Lock while adding it.
