Help. I have three Ring products on my Ring app, but not in my Ring account. How do I add these devices here, so I can buy a subscription?
Hi @user25303. If you do not see your Ring devices on Ring.com to subscribe to a Protect Plan, try the following steps:
Verify that you are logging into the same Ring account you have on your Ring app.
Verify that you are in the correct location where your Ring devices are on Ring.com. You might have set up more than one location by accident with the same address.
As Shared Users cannot subscribe to a Protect Plan, ensure you are set up as the owner of the Ring devices.
