Adding a camera to an email

I have the Ring Protect plan with a LOT of devices. I have added a security camera to my devices. That camera shows up on my phone, but not my wife’s. If it matters, different emails. How do I get the camera to show up on her phone?

Hi @requiredusername. If your wife is a Shared User then you have to give her access to the Camera in your Shared User settings. To do so follow these steps:

  • Open the Ring app
  • Choose the menu button (three lines in the upper left corner).
  • Select Settings
  • Tap Shared Access
  • Select your wife’s name under Shared Users.
  • Toggle on the new Camera you want to share with her and hit Save.
