I added a user from the app as instructed and the user got an email to set up an account… My wife ssi that and has the app and verification etc

There is still no access to anything on her app… do you have to wait a certain amount of time before this is active?

this is very frustrating not knowing if anything is being done correctly…

well after a few minute on Ring chat… solved it?

the advisor suggested deleting the added use on my app and then adding afresh and sending invitation again… then it instantly appeared as a location on my wife’s app… accepted invitation and all is working fine!
