I have the app, was using the device…my cmptr was powered down for about a week. I started it back up, clicked the Ring icon…tells me to set up a device…what is the issue?

Hey @StPaulsWR. Do you only have the Ring app on your computer? I recommend checking your phone app as well to ensure that you are still logged in and can see your device. You will need to ensure you are logged into the correct account as well to see your device(s).
