I just installed my ring doorbell and I am trying to go live and it wont let me activate my device. What am I doing wrong?
Hey @dyaacoach. Sometimes Live View can be restricted if you do not have the proper ports and protocols opened. I recommend to check your router settings to ensure you have covered that and let me know how it goes!
Did you ever get this fixed? If so, how?
I also just installed and having the exact same issue.
