Activating Device

When I try to view my doorbell after an alert/doorbell ring/live feed it says activating device and never activates. It takes 2-3 times before it will open up. We have a brand new mesh router system (we can pick up our internet 3 houses away) and the doorbell is right outside the room with the router. Do I need to do a reset on the doorbell? I’ve seen people saying to change the gHz but I don’t know how to do that.
