"Activating Device" App Issues

The main Ring app constantly gets stuck “activating device” on all my cameras and on multiple Android devices. I don’t have any problems with the Rapid Ring app or the web, but it’s a bit silly to need to use multiple apps.

Hi @GsQs. If the Live View isn’t loading, a good place to start troubleshooting this concern is our Help Center Article here. You’ll find some different tips and possible causes for this concern. I’d also recommend making sure both the Ring App and your phone’s OS are fully updated and disable any VPNs or bluetooth to make sure Live View opens correctly. I hope these tips help! :slight_smile:
