My ring account keeps saying my account Activation expired and I’m not able to view past recordings from my doorbell. How do I reactivate my account so I can see that?
My ring 2 doorbell seems to have become dormant on June 20, 2020. i subscribed to a “plan,” but, my doorbell still is dormant. How do i wake it up?
Hey @galensdad. Is the Doorbell offline? You may need to reconnect it under the Ring app > Main Menu > Devices > Doorbell > Device Health > Reconnect/Change Wifi Network. Even if it’s online, try doing this and see if this helps!
