Activate Live View

Why is my Ring Pro Video door bell so difficult and intermittent to Activate Live View? I have tried my 2Ghz connection and then my 5Ghz connection which was even worse.

Unless I can get Live View activated, I will not be able to access my front door when I am away from my home.

Hi @RetailGuru. This could be due to the RSSI of your Ring Pro. This information can be found under the Device Health tile in the Ring App. We have a great Community post about Live View that has some excellent tips and tricks. I hope this information helps!
