I’ve been set up the floodlight camera for my client under my email couple years ago and it is working fine . couple months ago my client create her own account and switch from my email to her email, and didn’t notice me, so now my account is not exists, and i try to use her account to set up the camera but all the cameras has been registered, i believe is still under my email. I call to technical support, they said my email is not in the system, so what can I do ? My client is very piss off right now.
