My ring doorbell pro started a firmware update minutes after I had successfully set it up. I didn’t realize that it was the reason the doorbell went offline. So I tried to repeat setup. Later I read I shouldn’t have done that. My doorbell hasn’t completed firmware update yet and it’s been more than 4 hours. How do I bring my doorbell back online ?
Hey @Siddharth! After entering setup mode, pressing the setup again should auto reconnect and continue with update. If this is taking too long, please ensure that you are connected to the 2.4 ghz wifi network and that the router is within range for strong signal. If the update still does not complete, try reaching out to our support team for further troubleshooting steps.
