Accessing Video

So I had a ring doorbell a few years ago and then switched about 3 to a different system. Some time in there ring switched to subscription based. My fault for not reading the emails entirely but I haven’t had much time to even look at them and apparently my 30 day trial was up yesterday. I haven’t had much activity on my cameras until last night. I now am a subscriber but I can’t access the videos for the 6 hours I wasn’t.

Speaking to customer service is useless. They are difficult to even understand.

Anyone have any great advice? I don’t care about downloading those videos, I just need to see the activity.

If you weren’t a subscriber at the time of the recording of the video, then it isn’t available.
