I had several cameras on a ring protect plan at my mom’s house. That ring protect plan is still active and paid for. I recently moved some of those cameras to another house and set them up there but when I did so I indicated I wanted video recordings saved from my mom’s hose. How do I access those recordings since those cameras no longer show on the dashboard at my mom’s house?

Hi @user71892. Did you remove the cameras from the Ring app and then set them up at the new house? Once a device is removed from the Ring app, the videos are deleted. If the device is simply connected to a new WiFi network, the videos should be retained.
