Access home ring device from phone app behind work firewall

I have a user with a ring doorbell at home. On his work network he can’t see video on his phone app.

What settings do I need to make on the work firewall to allow him to view the video?

Hi @davidtolo. There might be some firewall settings in place that prevent video streaming, though it would depend on the network.
